Single-Phase Intelligent Isolating Recloser

Lightweight design allows manual installation (12kg). Self-powered from the line (starting at 1.5A). One unit replaces 10,000 fuses, intelligently isolating faults for more efficient and reliable distribution network operation and maintenance.

Product Description

The HXD820 series single-phase recloser includes two models: HXD820-15 and HXD820-29. Each model has three current ratings: 200A, 100A, and 40A. Based on the voltage class, the single-phase recloser can replace fuses in grids of corresponding voltage levels. The lifespan of a single recloser is approximately 10,000 operations, meaning one recloser is equivalent to 10,000 fuses, significantly reducing fuse blowouts and waste, as well as lowering maintenance manpower and material costs. It improves grid response timeliness and stability, greatly reducing outage duration. Applied to 27kV single-phase lines, it filters transient faults and isolates permanent faults through multiple reclosing and blocking functions.
