DynaSys Networks and HEXING Partner to Advance Global Smart Water Metering

2026/07/23

DynaSys Networks and HEXING Group sign MoU to commercialize AI and IoT driven 170,000 smart water across Pakistan, Africa, and Central Asia.

Islamabad, Pakistan and Hangzhou, China, 15th July 2026 — DynaSys Networks, Pakistan’s leading LPWAN IoT network operator and developer of Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence for IoT (AIoT) solutions.HEXING Group, As a globally leading provider of smart green energy products and solutions, today announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The partnership will jointly explore, develop, market, and deploy next-generation smart water metering solutions across Pakistan, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia.

Building upon a successful track record in their respective areas of expertise, this new alliance unites Hexing’s advanced hardware manufacturing capabilities with DynaSys’ cutting-edge IoT and AI platforms. The collaboration focuses on delivering end-to-end smart utility solutions designed to optimize water distribution, minimize non-revenue water (NRW), and promote resource sustainability.

As part of the joint initiative, the companies have established an ambitious long-term commercial target to activate hundreds of thousands of smart water meters by December 31, 2035, a milestone projected to generate shared revenues exceeding USD 10 million.

“This alliance represents a powerful fusion of world-class hardware and advanced intelligence,” said Ali Akhtar, CEO and Founder of DynaSys Networks. “By integrating IoT and AI into water utility operations, we are enabling utilities to move from reactive maintenance to proactive, data-driven management. Connected sensors provide real-time visibility into water distribution networks, while AI transforms that data into actionable insights that help detect leaks earlier, optimize water distribution, reduce energy consumption, improve billing accuracy, and ensure more reliable service for consumers. Together, IoT and AI empower water utilities to conserve resources, lower operational costs, and build a more resilient and sustainable water infrastructure for the future.”

“Expanding our existing relationship with DynaSys marks an exciting step forward in our mission to modernize global utility networks,” said Leo Xu, Region CEO of  HEXING Group “This is further underscored by our Collaboration on localization efforts, such as exploring a joint assembly line and service facility in Pakistan with DynaSys, underscores our deep commitment to creating sustainable, high-impact regional supply chains.”

Moving forward, both organizations are working diligently toward translating this framework into a final Definitive Agreement to govern full-scale commercial deployment.
