Smart Prefabricated Enclosure
Product Description
The prefabricated enclosure (also known as modular prefabricated enclosure) is a new type of electrical equipment installation carrier based on industrial production and integrated design. It is mainly used in power engineering scenarios such as PV power stations, energy storage systems, and substations. Typically made of Q235 cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel, it undergoes CNC cutting, welding, shot blasting, rust removal, and electrostatic spraying (or fluorocarbon coating) to achieve an IP54 protection rating or higher, with some special-environment products reaching IP65. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, waterproofing, dustproofing, wind resistance, and seismic performance. The enclosure integrates complete electrical equipment and auxiliary facilities such as distribution cabinets, combiner boxes, inverters, power conversion systems (PCS), monitoring systems, ventilation/cooling or air conditioning equipment, fire protection devices, and grounding systems. During the factory prefabrication stage, equipment installation, wiring, debugging, and functional testing are completed. On-site, only foundation fixing, cable connection, and grid-connection commissioning are required, significantly reducing the on-site construction period (by over 60% compared to traditional civil engineering rooms). Specifications can be customized according to project requirements, with common sizes ranging from 2m×3m×2.5m (small) to 6m×3m×3m (large). It adapts to a wide temperature range from -35°C to +75°C, supports direct outdoor deployment, and features modular splicing for flexible capacity expansion. Through standardized design, industrial production, and modular integration, the prefabricated enclosure effectively solves problems such as long construction periods, complex on-site installation, and poor environmental adaptability of traditional power rooms. It is widely used in outdoor power distribution/control centers for large-scale PV power stations, energy storage stations, distributed energy projects, and smart substations, providing a safe, efficient, and mobile integrated solution for power systems.
