Integrated DC Meter
DC meter for applications such as DC panels, charging stations, and telecom base stations.
Product Description
Utilizing microelectronic technology for DC energy measurement, with multi-protocol support and ultra-low power consumption, designed for use with DC charging stations. Features include LCD display, energy metering, clock, RS485 communication, electrical pulse and second pulse output, instantaneous data measurement and monitoring, suitable for DC energy metering.
Technical specifications comply with GB/T33708-2017 “Static DC Energy Meter” standard, with 2 independent RS485 interfaces supporting DL/T645-2007 protocol and the widely used industrial protocol Modbus-RTU for easy integration.

Product Advantages
Energy Metering
Forward and reverse energy metering; supports four tariffs: peak, flat, off-peak, and valley; features two tariff time schedules that can be switched at specified times.

Communication Functions
2 RS485 ports supporting DL/T645-2007 and Modbus-RTU protocols.

Data Storage
Stores records of the last 100 charging events; stores unidirectional or bidirectional total energy and energy data per tariff for the last 12 billing months; in case of power failure, billing data is retained for at least 10 years, other data for at least 3 years.

Data Freeze
Supports timed freeze, instantaneous freeze, daily freeze, scheduled freeze, and hourly freeze functions.

Clock, Time Zone, and Tariff Functions
Built-in hardware clock circuit with automatic calendar, timekeeping, and leap year adjustment. At room temperature, clock accuracy ≤ +1 s/d; within -25°C to +60°C, clock accuracy ≤ ±1 s/d.

Output Functions
Electrical pulse output and second signal output.

Event Logging
Total number of time synchronizations, and the time and operator code for the last 10 synchronizations; total number of programming events, and records of the last 10 programming events including time, operator code, and programming items; total number of cover openings, and the start and end times of the last 10 cover openings, along with the energy at the time of opening.

Parameter Measurement and Display
Measures and displays parameters and information of the current DC energy meter, such as voltage, current, power, time, and energy.
