Culture Forges the Soul to Promote Development | Party Members’ Pioneers Speak on Responsibility

On the occasion of celebrating the ‘July 1st’ and the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, on June 27, the Party Committee of Hexing Electric Power held the ‘Culture Forges the Soul to Promote Development, Party Members’ Pioneers Speak on Responsibility’ cultural presentation competition to welcome the ‘July 1st’, using the power of culture to gather striving strength and using the voices of role models to tell the spirit of responsibility. This event is not only a concentrated display of party members’ ideological reports, but also the release and presentation of the company’s latest corporate culture version, an important part of the company’s cultural strategy upgrade.

‘Party Building Leads, Culture First’

This event featured 12 representatives of Party members and activists from various Party branches of the company. Centered on the theme of understanding and practicing Hexing’s corporate culture, they shared real and touching cultural stories about themselves and those around them. Whether it was the strivers holding the front line overseas and serving customers, or the “behind-the-scenes heroes” silently dedicating themselves to R&D breakthroughs and operational support, every Hexing employee practices the mission of green energy and clean water with an attitude of dedication, professionalism, and passion for their work.

During the presentation competition, outstanding participants and well-organized branches were commended, encouraging Party members to continue promoting the spirit of “daring to take responsibility, being capable of action, and willing to contribute” in their future work, transforming loyalty to the Party into a powerful driving force for Hexing’s transformation and development.

“Hard work, practical action, and responsibility”

This year, the entire Party has carried out in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation. The revised “Regulations on Practicing Thrift and Opposing Waste in Party and Government Organs” has been issued, further tightening the institutional bolts for Party and government organs to take the lead in living frugally. Li Xiaoqing, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of Hexing Electrical, delivered a special party lecture focusing on the Regulations and integrating Hexing’s corporate culture. Analyzing the current situation from national policies to enterprise management, he emphasized the need to promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement with a pragmatic work style, implementing the requirement of “living frugally” in every position and every task, making it a conscious action for Party members and cadres. He encouraged Party members to take on heavy responsibilities and strive to be pioneers in global expansion, technological innovation, digital transformation, and management efficiency improvement.

“Building Consensus, Sustainable Development”

This cultural presentation competition is both an innovative practice in Party building and an important measure to promote the upgrade and implementation of corporate culture. By having Party members take the lead in explaining culture, mission, and responsibility, all employees are encouraged to deeply understand and widely disseminate Hexing’s new corporate culture concepts. Deepening the company’s unified values and building consensus for development will further stimulate the organization’s endogenous momentum during strategic transformation and continuously promote sustainable social development.
