Hexing Electrical Party Member Conference and Party Discipline Education Knowledge Contest
Summarizing learning achievements and ushering in the new year to push work to a new level, on December 27, Hexing Electrical held the “Promoting Skills through Competition, Driving Action through Learning” Party Member Conference and Party Discipline Education Thematic Party Lesson, and organized a Party Discipline Education Knowledge Contest. The aim was to deeply study the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, strengthen the study and implementation of Party history and Party discipline, enhance the Party discipline awareness and sense of responsibility among company Party members, and continue to play a leading role during the critical period of digital energy strategic transformation.
Promoting Skills through Competition, Enhancing Comprehensive Quality of Party Members
Seven party branches, organized into groups, engaged in a tense and fierce competition on party discipline knowledge. The competition questions covered various aspects including the content of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, party history, party constitution, party regulations, and the latest policies and guidelines. The participating team members competed in speed and mental agility, responding calmly and collaborating effectively. This not only tested the participants’ knowledge reserves but also examined their sense of mission and responsibility. It promoted the understanding and mastery of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee among party members, enhancing their consciousness of abiding by laws and regulations and their enthusiasm for work.

Zheng Weiwei, Director of the Management Branch and the Company’s Audit Department, gave a party lecture on party conduct, discipline, and clean governance. Using specific cases of party conduct and clean governance construction, he warned everyone that they must always tighten the string of integrity and self-discipline, adhere to self-discipline, respect power, and maintain a clean and honest style at all times to ensure the purity and execution of the party organization and the company’s development.
Li Xiaoqing, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman, closely combined with the current national background of vigorously promoting digital transformation and green energy development, deconstructed and analyzed the strategic goals of Hexing’s digital energy transformation. He detailed the development trends of new energy technologies and their profound impact on the company’s future development, and analyzed how to integrate party building work into enterprise development with practical cases, encouraging party members and cadres to continuously explore and innovate in practice, contributing wisdom and strength to achieve the company’s high-quality development.
