To stimulate the exemplary and vanguard role of Party members, deepen and solidify Party discipline education, forge a strong work style, promote the implementation of Hexing’s strategy, and push work to a new level.
On June 13, on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee of Hexing held the “July 1” Commendation Conference and a special Party lecture on Party discipline learning and education. Party Secretary Li Xiaoqing attended the meeting and gave a lecture on Party discipline learning. All Party members attended the meeting and engaged in exchange speeches.
Cong Peilong, Deputy Party Secretary and Rotating President, put forward requirements for all Party members to prioritize Party discipline education, fully play the role of Party members as a fighting fortress, and dare to take responsibility. As both Party members and employees, they should be the main force and solid foundation for promoting Hexing’s development. First, understand the overall situation, be aware of the overall situation, and be clear and upright Hexing Party members. Under the guidance of Hexing’s strategy, start from the overall perspective, break down the strategy, grasp the overall situation, and think about the implementation path. Second, lay a solid foundation, distinguish priorities, identify shortcomings, and serve the market, R&D, supply chain and other links with the rigorous work style of Party members, persistently drive department colleagues to better fill gaps and promote development. Third, dare to take responsibility and act, innovate and strive for excellence. Hexing has transformed from traditional power to digital energy and solutions, developing under pressure. All Party members must bravely shoulder responsibilities, dare to act, play a good exemplary role, and promote the company’s development.
Li Xiaoqing, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hexing Power, gave a party lecture titled “Innovate and Strive, Bravely Shoulder Responsibilities” in conjunction with the “Regulations,” teaching a culture of accountability and daring to take responsibility, with the aim of transforming party discipline education into a powerful driving force for the company’s development. He required all participating party members to break free from fixed thinking patterns, cultivate new work ideas with a culture of accountability, and promote the implementation of the company’s strategy; they should take the responsibility of “daring to take responsibility” as pioneers in driving business development, be guided by market demand, leverage product advantages, fully build strategic implementation, and achieve a comprehensive digital energy transformation.
She emphasized that this year is the first year of the company’s talent cultivation, adhering to competitive selection for positions, forming a favorable situation where the capable are promoted, the excellent are rewarded, the mediocre are demoted, and the inferior are eliminated. All party members and employees must resolve to “dare to do things,” strengthen their confidence in “getting things done,” hone their own strong skills, and have the courage to take responsibility.

To encourage Party members to continue playing a pioneering role and serve the company’s high-quality development, before this meeting, the Hexing Party Committee conducted an outstanding Party member selection activity. Recommended by branches, evaluated by departments, and comprehensively assessed by the Party Committee, four outstanding Party members were confirmed after public announcement: Wang Suxia from the Management Branch, Liang Hong from the Systems Branch, Liu Yukui from the Shenzhen Branch, and Ouyang Quan from the Domestic Branch. The conference recognized the four outstanding Party members and also held individual sharing sessions.
